Williamsburg Contemporary Art Center exhibits a wide variety of contemporary paintings, sculpture, and crafts at it's new location in the Blue Building on the corner of Westover Avenue and Lafayette Street. WCAC sponsors a free lecture series in partnership with the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and the Williamsburg Regional Library, as well as outreach programs to the community including Buddy Art for children with special needs and disabilities, a college art scholarship program for graduating seniors, and an Annual High School Student Show featuring artwork by students in Williamsburg area schools. WCAC will resume offering art classes for youth and adults in Spring 2017.

While our Members Co-Op Show goes on in the Main and Middle Galleries, we are celebrating Autumn Days and Spooky Nights in the Fireside Gallery! Ghouls, witches, and vampires, along with pumpkins and fall leaves! We hope you will pop on by and visit us for a spell!

Artist Bud Longo hanging a new painting for his Co-Op Show exhibit at the Art Center. He is being helped by Trudi Arnold, another Co-Op artist.

The Co-Op Show is on exhibit now and runs through Friday, October 30. Hours are Wednesday through Saturday 11 to 3, and Sundays from 1 to 4.

Our 2nd Members' Co-Op Show is going on right now, and what an incredible show it is!

There are 11 local artists in this exhibit, some of whom have never exhibted with us before. And for a few, this is their very first show EVER!

This show is currently open, and will run through Friday, October 30.

Say hello to the participants of the 2nd Members' Co-Op Show, which opened yesterday.
