Take your child on a fall treasure hunt! 🍂🔍 As you search for each item, encourage your child to look closely, explore their surroundings, and share what they notice. Activities like this help build observation skills, introduce new vocabulary, and encourage curiosity about the world around them.

Ask questions like, “What does that leaf feel like?” or “Can you find something that's a different color?” Let your child take the lead, follow their interests, and take your time exploring. You don't have to find every item on the list! The conversations, discoveries, and time spent together are what make the activity meaningful. 💜💙

📚 Reading with your child doesn't have to mean sitting still and finishing every page!

Babies might reach for the pictures, toddlers might want to skip ahead, and preschoolers might tell you their own version of the story. That's all part of the fun! Skip pages, make silly voices, and follow your child's lead.

You don't have to wait until bedtime, either. Try sharing a book while you wait for an appointment or during a quiet moment after lunch. Even a few minutes of looking at pictures, naming objects, and talking about what's happening can support your child's developing language skills.
