The Tidewater Volleyball Association is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to the promotion of volleyball in Hampton Roads. Our 5 court facility-- hosts indoor adult beach leagues all year around, indoor youth training opportunities year round, and beach volleyball league and tournaments from June through the end of August at the oceanfront. TVA also hosts Open Gyms that are open to everyone, young and old, members and non-members.

What a great digs we just experienced this past weekend. The weather was perfect. The competition was electric and the vibes were high. We want to thank everybody that came out to support the tournament this year. Our numbers increased in all divisions, and these are our finalist we are so happy to be able to host this event and we’d like to thank our sponsors and partners in making this weekend unforgettable. Would like to thank for providing free energy drinks and prizes for all our participants. We’d like to thank Chesterfield County for allowing us to use their facility and we’d like to thank the founders of the digs for creating such an amazing event all those years ago. Would like to thank for helping promote the event (and coming in clutch with setup on Friday) and we’d like to thank all the players that came out and spent their time with us this weekend. We also would like to thank Kevin Schmidt for taking pictures all weekend and documenting the experience. Finally, we’d like to thank our staff for the long hours and planning in getting this event set up. Until next year digs fam.

TVA Summer Beach Volleyball league is up to 211 Teams! Registration Closes June 1st. Go to tva.volleyballlife.com to get registered today! Leagues are Monday - Thursday starting at 6:15 pm until Sunset the week of June 8th at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront between 32nd and 36th Street.

Divisions Offered:
Mondays - Coed AA/A/BB 2s, Coed A/BB 4s, Women's 4s, Coed 6s
Tuesdays - Men's & Women's AA/A/BB 2s, Girls and Boys 14U & 16U 2s
Wednesdays - Girls 12U/14U/16U 2s Coed A/BB 3s, Coed BB 4s, Men's & Women's Open 2s
Thursdays - Coed AA/A/BB 2s, Coed AA/A/BB 4s
