Superintendent Tim Beaman conducted three separate Townhall meetings on Wednesday, providing staff from all shifts with updates on WFSH's current events, construction, staff recognition, as well as introducing new initiatives, such as Integrity Always!

Integrity Always is a new initiative emphasizing four key messages for staff, (1) focusing on solutions rather than just problems, (2) demonstrating respect for others through professional behavior, (3) setting an example for others, and (4) speaking up.

Nathan Sellers, Social Worker of the Hemingway unit, received a You're TOPS award. He is surrounded by his fellow Social Workers across the campus and team members from the unit.

He was presented this recognition for his exceptional dedication, initiative, and coverage provided over a several month span. He maintained strong communication and liaison efforts and made sure every individual received high-quality care without interruption. Despite being in his role with the WFSH of less than a year, he has demonstrated remarkable growth, confidence, advocacy, a willingness to learn, and professionalism. 🩷🎉

On Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We are also deeply grateful for those who have served and continue to serve, showing courage, sacrifice, and dedication every day. It is a privilege to recognize the members of our hospital staff who have worn the uniform—your service is appreciated more than words can express. Thank you for all you have given, both in the military and here in our community. ❤️🇺🇸
