Today's we celebrate the life of a truly good man. A Warrior who lived his life in service to others. Who reached the heights of his career. Who exemplified that you can become the best of you set your heart to it. Who created and raised a great family.
I know his team will miss his presence, personality and power greatly.
I will miss his smirk and great heart.

Alicia Evonne Sanchez, also known as Alicia Evonne Seguin, 37, was arrested in September 2026 and charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child younger than 14.

According to allegations in the case, Sanchez allegedly took a minor to the office of former physician Kenneth Donald Haygood multiple times between 2019 and 2023. Investigators allege the child was sexually assaulted by Haygood on at least 10 occasions and that Sanchez permitted the alleged abuse in exchange for prescription medication, including Adderall.

The case reportedly came to light after the child made an outcry to an adult and counselor.

Sanchez was booked into the Smith County Jail on a $3 million bond.

Haygood was previously sentenced to eight years in prison in 2025 after pleading guilty to unrelated charges.

All allegations are accusations, and Sanchez is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

FBI Director Kash Patel says the bureau has located more than 11,000 child victims and arrested over 5,000 child predators and human traffickers while violent crime continues to fall nationwide. The FBI reported a 9.3% drop in violent crime in 2025 — the largest annual decline since national estimates began in 1936.
