The 3rd Annual Look Local First Holiday Sip n' Shop is coming back on November 14, and vendor applications are open right now.

This year's market brings Santa meet-and-greets and a shopper passport game that sends people from booth to booth all afternoon. That means real foot traffic and more eyes on what you sell.

Applications close August 28. Don't wait until the last minute to grab your spot.

SURPRISE! Applications for the 3rd Annual Look Local First Holiday Sip n' Shop open tomorrow, August 18th, at 10:30 AM CST.

This year's Sip n' Shop will take place on:

⏰ 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Year 3 means we're going big, and this year we are excited to announce FREE meet-and-greets with the big man himself, Santa Claus! And of course, our first 50 shoppers will receive a FREE swag bag with extra-special goodies to celebrate.

We're looking for makers, crafters, artisans, artists, and boutiques! This application will close at 11:59 PM CST on August 28, 2026. Selected vendors will be notified no later than September 9, 2026, via email and text.

To keep the event fresh and varied, we limit the number of vendors we accept per product category. Vendor spots are exclusively for small business owners. In the spirit of supporting local and small, we do not accept applications from direct sellers or MLM brands.

Our July 18th Summer Sip n' Shop is officially in the books, and it was a great one.

None of it happens without partnership. Thank you to Jasper Winery for hosting us and being incredibly accommodating throughout the planning and the day itself. Thank you to Solstice & Sage Luxury Picnics and Collective Artistry for collaborating with us on this event, and to VizyPay for sponsoring our hydration and cool-down station, a small detail that made a real difference in keeping shoppers and vendors comfortable through the heat.

Thank you also to Carapella & Co. Customs for designing and printing our swag bags that were as thoughtful as they were cute.

To the vendors who showed up ready to sell and the volunteers who showed up ready to work: thank you. Events like this are built on people willing to give their time and energy to something bigger than any one business.

Looking ahead, we're opening applications for our Holiday Sip n' Shop on August 17, with the event set for November 14, 2026. Stay tuned for exciting updates!
