What an incredible weekend at Special Olympics summer games this weekend at SCSU! Summer games 2026 done but not forgotten! So many medals won, dance moves showed off, friendships that are more family and memories to last a lifetime!

Such a perfect day to march in the West Haven Memorial Day parade to honor military personnel who died while serving in the Armed Forces. Then we all enjoyed some burgers, snack, drinks and ice cream sponsered for our team by our friends at Moby Dick’s Oyster Bar & Grill!

Cinco De Mayo celebration! Such fun as always at the JJ Dances! Thank you Jaz, Joe and your crew. Such a fun fiesta!!

So much fun was had by all. Our last pizza bingo party of the season. Extra big thank you to the girls of Alpha Sigma Alpha for helping to make it even more special! They served the pizza, called bingo numbers, passed out prizes, helped with clean up and helped those who needed a little more tlc. What a wonderful evening!
