Good afternoon Queens and Kings. We hope everyone is doing well. As we go through so many changes in our beloved country. We would like to take a healthier way of identifying, dealing, healing, working, walking and living through triggers or stressors that might have caught some of us off guard and in turn having us feeling confused, overwhelmed, angry, sad and anxious as to the overall state of our country, our communities, our job stability our home life and our environments.

We want to provide some tools that we feel can help support all of us along this journey we all find ourselves on. As always please feel free to communicate your P.O.V (point of view) because it is ALWAYS BETTER OUT THAN IN!!! We just ask that you respect our P.O.V and anyone else's you comments. We all can respectfully agree to disagree without being confrontational. It is our intention to create a safe communal space as best as we can.

With that being said. We pray that you all will have a wonderful and peacefully Blessed week.

"Good evening Queens and Kings. We thought we would spark a good, respectful, and honest conversation. As we sharing this p.o.v (point of view) with you.

We often find ourselves stuck in what seems like a vicious cycle with no end in sight. Well this p.o.v that we are sharing with you all states a very thought provoking p.o.v. Please share with us your take on it.

As always we send you ALL, love, light and good vibes.

"What if our suffering is never caused by the person we are blaming?" Please share your p.o.v with us.

Blame is an easy escape, but it never leads to freedom and encases you in a prison of false perception. It’s tempting to believe that suffering is caused by someone else—that their words, their actions, or their choices are the reason for the pain. But what if the real source of suffering isn’t what they did, but the way it is perceived, processed, and held onto?

The mind has a way of creating narratives. It builds stories around pain, assigning fault and attaching emotions to past wounds. But the moment blame is given away, power is also given away. Blame keeps the focus outward, waiting for someone else to change, apologize, or make things right. But what if peace doesn’t depend on their actions? What if it has always been an internal choice?

No one can control how others act. People will make mistakes, they will be unfair, they will disappoint. But what happens next—the response, the emotions carried forward, the way the situation is interpreted—is entirely within personal control. And this is where true strength lies: in realizing that suffering isn’t created by the external, but by the attachment to what cannot be changed.

Personal accountability is not about excusing others—it’s about reclaiming power. It’s the understanding that while pain is real, suffering is optional. It’s the choice to see difficult situations as lessons instead of burdens, to shift perspective from victimhood to growth. The world will not always be kind, but inner peace is not determined by external forces.

Letting go of blame is not about denying hurt; it’s about refusing to let it define the future. When responsibility is taken for thoughts, reactions, and emotions, life no longer feels like something that happens *to* you, but something shaped *by* you.

Freedom begins the moment responsibility is claimed. The choice is always there: to remain bound by blame or to step forward in strength. In the end, the only true control is over oneself, and that is where real peace is found.

Good Morning, Everyone!

As Valentine's Day just passed, Love has been a hot topic all around us. One of our missions is to ensure everyone understands the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships. Check out the power and control wheel attached to this post to learn more about unhealthy behaviors in relationships.

As for self love... that's a process for everyone. It's important to take a step back to understand yourself. When the noise around you and within you gets too loud, remember to focus on the things that ground you. Maybe this is listening to music, or reading, or simply taking deep breaths. Just take a moment to be in the present and to avoid getting swept up in the loud movement around you.

Good morning Queens and Kings. Just a little food for thought.

Always fight for yourself and not with anyone else in order for you to achieve success.

" I once asked a very successful woman to share her secret with me.
She smiled and said to me..
“I started succeeding when I started leaving small fights for small fighters.
I stopped fighting those who gossiped about me..
I stopped fighting with my in laws..
I stopped fighting for attention..
I stopped fighting to meet public expectation of me..
I stopped fighting for my rights with stupid people..
I left such fights for those who have nothing else to fight..
And I started fighting for
my vision,
my dreams,
my ideas and
my destiny.
The day I gave up on small fights is the day I started becoming successful.”
Some fights are not worth your time.
Choose what you fight for wisely."

Good Morning, all!

As the first month of the year begins to wrap up, let's remember to take a deep breath and look forward. While the past can teach us valuable lessons and we can learn from our previous actions, choices, mistakes, and successes, we need to draw a fine line between learning from them and dwelling on them.

A new year is a perfect time to look towards our futures. What is it that you want? How can you work towards that goal? What can we do to make the world a better place?

Check in with your surroundings. Allow yourself to grow. The world, while scary, is wide and full of possibilities. Do not deny yourself the chance to reach your goals, as well as expand them.

While January is wrapping up, 2025 is just beginning. Use this year to make a difference, whether it be in your own life or the lives of others.
