Next Chapter Success workshops brought together experienced professionals, talented presenters, and community partners in West Hartford, Bloomfield, and Avon in April, followed by Farmington, Hartford, and Newington in September. The goal: helping adults 50+ move forward with confidence, skills, connections, and purpose.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who made these workshops such a success.

Thank you to our facilitators for sharing your expertise, practical advice, encouragement, and enthusiasm. You gave participants tools they can put to work immediately, from resume coaching and interview skills to digital tools, networking, workplace readiness, and goal setting.

Thank you to participants for showing up, asking questions, sharing your experiences, and embracing your next chapter. Your energy and willingness to learn made each workshop special.

Thank you to our incredible community partners. Your support made this free program possible and demonstrated what can happen when a community comes together around the value of experienced workers.
