We are using our voice to share the importance of organ donation. Come out to cheer on 10 Teams competing at Ellens Field Day on June 6 10am. Our event is a celebration of the lives we miss, honoring legacies and inspiring hope. Face painting, food vendors, raffles. A day to remember Ellen and her heart donor. BERRY-T Tote Bag - Blueberry

The nonprofit, Ellen Salome Memorial Fund and BERRY-T are working together through this auction item to be bigger than a bag. We have a purpose. Together with your help we are sharing our stories, encouraging others, and providing opportunities for organ donation to be recognized in this moment.

Ellen was 9 when she learned she had a congenital heart disease and was dying from severe heart failure, severe cardiomyopathy. She needed a heart to live. Her heart donor, Dawn was a young woman whose last gift was to Gift Life. Ellen lived a full life until she died of cardiac arrest when she was 15, a freshman in high school.

Ellen had dreams, passions and didn't see any boundaries when it came to loving others. In her memory the nonprofit was created to INSPIRE DREAMS and HONOR LEGAGICES through opportunities that bring joy. In the first year of missing Ellen, our nonprofit has done amazing things.

It's almost been a year since we began. Already, in a very short amount of time we have gifted so much JOY!

Our Highschool volunteers are AMAZING! They planned many opportunities for others, shared random acts of kindness, offered space for grieving and entertaining, and inspired dreams and honored legacies.

Into our 2nd year we are excited to raise funds for kids to enjoy theater, the arts, graduation scholarships, and much more!

If you are a teen who is interested in volunteering, meeting others who want to share ideas and collaborate, we'd love to meet you!

If you are a person who is able to support our Summer Camp campaign $10 goes a long way! Supplies for sets and costumes, tuition assistance, administrative fees, hope and joy.

Check this out! DELCOGIVES.org now until May 7th and help us give to the Delco community directly impacting the Upper Darby Summer Stage in memory of Ellen and her heart donor Dawn!

My family, the Brackens, the McBride's and so many friends were raised in Delco and still live there! Ellen was in West Chester Summer Stage when her life took a dramatic turn. Theater brings so much joy to kids and adults!

In Ellen's memory, if you knew her, please consider helping out, every $10.00 donation adds up for a Dramatic difference.
