We're often asked what exactly happens to the items you donate. The short answer is that they are distributed directly to families in need throughout Chester County!

Before that happens, all donations are sorted, counted and organized so that they can go to the right child. Our amazing staff and volunteers check EVERY SINGLE ITEM for stains, missing parts, expiration dates and more, before they get a second life with a child in need. ❤

When we heard that this family had only 24 hours notice before they were told to leave their home, we quickly put together essentials, including warm clothing, pajamas, socks, shoes, and more. Notice the gift bag? It was also the little girl’s second birthday. 😞

Thanks to donations of both items and funding, we are able to respond to heartbreaking situations like this and at least give this family a small bit of support in this difficult time.

It was a group effort getting hundreds of winter coats unloaded and onto our shelves! Here’s to every child having a warm coat this year. ❄️🧥🧣

Books, books books!!! 📚 Thank you to Once Upon A Child - Exton, PA for this incredible donation!

Two-thirds of children living in low-income households have ZERO books in their home. 😞 This puts children an average of 3 years behind their peers that do have books.

Although we talk a lot about diapers and clothing, we have always offered books to every single family we serve. This donation will help us make a huge impact right here in Chester County!

Our Back-to-School Clothing Drive is officially underway! 🎒

Every fall, families in our community need a little extra support getting their kids ready for the new school year — and this is one of our biggest fundraisers to make that happen. Here's how you can help:

1. Purchase new clothing or accessories and drop them off at our office: 304 National Rd, Ste 200, Exton, PA 19341
2. Shop our Target Wish List and have items shipped directly to us: https://www.target.com/gift-registry/gift/p2t-back-to-school
3. Email a gift card so our team can shop for the exact sizes and items each child needs

We're collecting all kids sizes, 2T through 14/16, through August 31st.

Every contribution helps a child feel prepared and ready to thrive this fall. Thank you for supporting our families!
