💗 EARLY DETECTION SAVES LIVES 💗
Today, Friday, October 16, 2026, is National Mammography Day. Observed annually on the third Friday of October, this day serves as a critical reminder that early detection remains our absolute strongest defense against breast cancer.
As Pat Halpin-Murphy from the PA Breast Cancer Coalition constantly reminds us and makes everyone reiterate: early detection saves lives. It is not just a phrase—it is a powerful truth because scheduling that screening literally saves women every single day.
If you or a loved one are due for a routine mammogram, please take this as your gentle reminder to get it on the calendar. 🗓️✨
Together, we can keep spreading the light of awareness and hope! 🌟

Our youth volunteers who signed up for the Hydration Team with one simple goal: no runner or walker should miss their water or Powerade.

8th Annual Fundraiser Walk/Run day started with rain, but it didn't change their spirit one bit. They stood in the rain, cheered every single runner and walker, and served with incredible determination.

Thanks to our amazing Hydration Team. You are true champions. 🙏💪. If you saw them while running or walking, please share your positive experiences.

The 8th Annual Fundraiser Walk/Run was over, but the volunteering continues...

There is so much need in our community, but there are also so many incredible organizations doing the work. Why not come together to support them? 🤝✨

That's exactly what we did today! The Exton Malayali Association - EMA and Asha-Jyothi.org Pennsylvania teams joined forces to volunteer for Devereux Pennsylvania Festival Day: 'Philly-Palooza'. 🎪❤️

Today's volunteering helped keep us more empathetic, grounded, and deeply connected to our mission of helping others in need.

🌧️ Rain couldn’t stop the 8th Annual Fundraiser Walk/Run spirit! 💛

What a day. What a crowd. What a community!

The rain came down, but our runners, supporters, volunteers, and families showed up with even bigger hearts. 🌧️💛

From the starting line to the finish line, you kept running, cheering, helping, encouraging, and spreading the light that makes Asha Jyothi so special.

You didn’t let the rain stop you.
You didn’t let the weather slow you down.
You showed up for the cause. You showed up for each other. 🙌

A heartfelt THANK YOU to every runner who ran through the rain, every family who came out to support, every volunteer who worked behind the scenes, and every sponsor and community partner who made this event possible.

Because of YOU, this wasn’t just a walk/run.
