At all of our local LPGA events we ask that members pick up at Net Double Bogey. Many people misunderstand what that number is (since it is different for everyone). It is NOT DOUBLE PAR and it is not always 4 over. Net Double is the number of handicap strokes you get on a hole + par + 2. This is the number GHIN will accept as you "max" on each hole.

If your handicap is 18 you get one stroke per hole on 18 holes.. so you would always pick up at Triple Bogey. If your handicap is 36 you would get 2 strokes on every hole and pick up at 4 over par.

Mother Nature isn't playing nice with the weather lately. At least when we all get back on the course, the rough will be nice and tall and thick and sticky.. Huzzah!
