Big congratulations to our Go Quest Director, Scotty Brown! Kicked off the season this weekend with his first race and brought home the first win.

We had a good laugh over this LEGO build… and then realized just how much learning was packed into it.

What you’re seeing is real-world observation at work. 10 year old Hayes built a vehicle hauling a trailer loaded with heavy equipment and even took the time to tie it down.

Whats great is thats not imagination that’s mimicking what he has seen adults do.

Now, has he learned DOT regulations yet?
No. 😆
But he’s on the path.

What he did think about:
• Tires
• Traction
• Weight
• How to keep the load from moving

That’s the beginning of understanding hauling capacity and safety, even if the trailer might be a little… ambitious.

This is exactly how learning happens in GoQuest. We encourage kids to build, test, laugh when it’s a little wild, and then ask better questions next time.

Real thinking always comes before real rules.

And yes — DOT would definitely have opinions

Youth Grit in Action!

Mia has been hard at work building her very first demo derby car, she even welded her own bumper with her dad! 💪

Watching the kids from GoQuest take their skills to new levels is what it’s all about. From welding and mechanics to teamwork and determination, they’re proving that hands-on learning builds confidence and grit that will last a lifetime.

We couldn’t be prouder of these young innovators shaping their own future!

From Pinewood derby cars to hobby stock race cars, today’s kids soaked it all in, eyes wide, hearts racing.
Watching them light up with every rev, build, and story reminded us that it’s not just about cars, it’s about connection, creativity, and the thrill of learning something new.
