Oh Lucy, this is her second FOWA adoption and it's just as sweet as the first. When her original adopter reached out to us when she could no longer take care of Lucy due to health reasons, we welcomed her back with open arms. Now it didn't take long for her new mom to come along and fall in love and adopt her. Congratulations!!💙💙
