💜 You are your child’s BIGGEST cheerleader! 📣
In Early Intervention, we know that everyday moments are opportunities for connection, learning, and growth. The way you encourage your child can help build their confidence, strengthen your bond, and inspire them to keep trying!

🌟 Try these simple tips to connect with your child:
💜 Praise their effort: Instead of just saying “Good job!” try “You worked so hard on that!”
👏 Celebrate the little victories: Every new skill, no matter how small, is worth celebrating!
💬 Be specific: Let your child know exactly what they did well. “I love how you kept trying, even when it was tricky!”
🥰 Connect through play: Get down on their level, follow their lead, and show excitement about what interests them.
🌈 Encourage, don't pressure: Remind your child that it's okay to make mistakes. Learning takes time, patience, and practice.

Remember, you don't need special toys or activities to support your child's development. Your love, attention, and encouragement are some of the most powerful tools you have!

The Northeast Regional Early Intervention Collaborative, Inc. (Helpful Hands) is looking for a Development Coordinator to help plan and execute fundraising activities that support our mission and the children and families we serve throughout Bergen, Hudson, and Passaic Counties.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, creative, passionate about making a difference, and excited to help a small nonprofit grow. Experience with fundraising, event planning, donor outreach, grant writing, or related work is a plus!
