Hot off the streets, this adorable young lady hit the rescue floor running — and she’s been stealing hearts ever since! 💕

Allegra is a confident, sweet girl who would thrive in pretty much any home. We’re still getting to know all of her likes and preferences, but one thing we know for sure… she has been an absolute queen since the moment she entered Catfe Montclair! 👑🐾

🎉 Lucky boy MuuMuu is officially OFF THE MARKET! 🎉

After a long recovery from being attacked on the streets, this sweet boy has finally found his person. ❤️

A huge kudos to his fabulous fosters, who patiently nursed him back to health and helped bring out the confidence, love, and sweetness that had been buried beneath the fear of a terrified little baby. 🥹🐾

MuuMuu’s journey hasn’t been an easy one, but it led him exactly where he was meant to be — home. 🏡💕

We wish this handsome boy a lifetime filled with hugs, kisses, cozy naps, and endless purrs. ❤️

Hi, it’s me, Lotus… again! 🌸

I’m still looking for my forever home, but now that I’ve had some time to decompress at Catfe Montclair, I’m really showing off my true self!

My roommates will tell you that I’m an absolute pleasure to live with. I love, love, LOVE to play! I’m perfectly capable of entertaining myself, but offer me a feline buddy and I’m more than open to making friends. Being a petite, beautiful young girl, I’d especially love to have a kitty friend waiting for me at home. Even better? I’d love to bring one of my many friends from Catfe Montclair along with me! 🐾

Oh, and did I mention that I love a lap? If you’re willing, I’m more than able to curl up on your lap and soak up all the love you have to give. ❤️

So please, come see me and you’ll see for yourself what a sweet, playful, loving little girl I am.

Lovable, squeezable Chowder is still looking for his forever home! 🧡

Chowder was struggling on the streets when some kind Good Samaritans realized he didn’t want to be outside — he wanted to be safe, loved, and inside where he belonged. Once they secured him, we had him fully vetted, and this lucky guy landed a spot at Catfe Montclair!

Unlike most ginger fellas, Chowder is a little cautious and submissive at first, but he definitely has that classic ginger streak of loyalty once he feels comfortable. He’s playful, loving, and would do well in just about any home.

At only about a year old, this sweet young guy has so much love and life ahead of him. Come meet Chowder — you’ll be happy you did! 🧡🐾

Who’s that girl? It’s Lyric! 🎶🐾

Sweet, soft Lyric was being turned in to the Paterson pound, but the shelter was closed for intake. As luck would have it, one of our volunteer feeders happened to be there, and we were able to have her grab this beautiful girl.

And just like that, Lyric’s luck began to change. ✨

Because of perfect timing, Lyric found her way to Homeless Tails. Then her luck continued when a spot opened up at Catfe Montclair, where she is now surrounded by loving felines, staff, volunteers, and guests who have quickly learned what we already know…

Lyric really is the best girl. 🤍

She’s sweet, gentle, and so deserving of a life where she is cherished and loved. Now all she needs to complete her beautiful turnaround story is a forever home.

𝐓𝐮𝐱 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐛𝐲

We TNR hundreds of cats every year and release them back where we trapped them from, where we feed them and they continue living with their friends. Tux and Tabby are two bonded but very shy 6-months-old brothers 🐈‍⬛🐈. They almost “freeze” when touched. We rescued them from an AWFUL place, and releasing them back there would be a death sentence, just like it was for their mother💔.

But being feral does not mean that they do not have a chance to live, together, on their own terms. We are looking for a barn program placement for them, where they can stay together, free, and cared for.

Please help us raise $1000 to help these two boys, and TNR and save more cats like them.

Wasabi was adopted ! ❤️

Wasabi’s life had many, many, many downs and heartbreaks. 💔 He followed someone at home after being abandoned and spending time out on the streets for a long while. 🥺 He then needed many months of medical care. He was briefly adopted but fate did not smile on him. 💔 How much can a sweet ( stunning!) kitty endure? 🥹🐱

Well, fortune finally took Wasabi’s life in its hands and said - “I will turn a fairy-tale into reality, for you, my prince.” Wasabi was not just adopted, but he was adopted by the nicest, sweetest, most loving family of people and kitties he crossed paths with. 🏡❤️🐾

We like to think that he is in the forever home he was really meant to be in all his life. 💞

We lost a fabulous foster but Wasabi found ever lasting love. ❤️🐾 And this only happens once in a lifetime - if you are lucky.

Now we can finally say: “And so they lived happily ever after!” ❤️❤️❤️

Lizzie is a LOVE BUG! ❤️

Lizzie entered the Catfe yesterday like a total boss—confident, curious, and so very sweet. 🥰

This beautiful girl was a wonderful mama to her babies, and now that every one of them has found their forever home, it’s Lizzie’s turn to be spoiled. 💕

Lizzie is only ONE year old, so this young mama is ready to put motherhood behind her and be the kitten herself again! 😻

We’re still getting to know all of Lizzie’s little preferences, but one thing we know for sure: she is thriving here, soaking up every pet, every bit of attention, and all the love she can get.

Now she just needs a forever family ready to make her the center of their world. ❤️

Bandit & Mitchum 🐾❤️

Bandit was found abandoned in a cat colony, but it was clear from the very beginning that he had once been loved. He arrived with his adorable little face, tail held high, ready for ear scratches — and then promptly jumped into the feeder’s lap expecting praises and cuddles 🥹💞

Bandit is a 3.5-year-old tuxedo little rascal who thinks every day is a holiday 🎉🐱 His unforgettable face makes everyone laugh, and he absolutely LOVES being held and cuddled. He adores every person he meets and lives life to the fullest ❤️ He is FIV+ but has no health issues and is a happy, healthy love bug. He also loves other cats — especially when they recognize him as the boss 😹👑

But there is one kitty who means the world to him: Mitchum 💙

Mitchum is a 1.5-year-old mackerel tabby and white boy who is sweeter than honey 🍯🐾 He is a perpetual kitten and 1000% a lap cat! He loves playing cat-iPhone games 📱😹, adores every person and cat he meets, and absolutely LOVES children. Being a kid himself, he quickly becomes their best friend 🥰👦🐱

Bandit and Mitchum met at and have been inseparable ever since ❤️ They play together, groom each other, nap together, and spend their sun-filled days side by side ☀️🐾

We will never separate them because these two are meant to be together. They are looking for a perfect family who will open their hearts and home to BOTH of them 🏡💞

If you have ever dreamed of adopting a bonded pair, you will never find two more exceptional boys. When Bandit and Mitchum play, everything else seems to stop — they bring so much happiness wherever they go 🥹❤️
