That's what PVA emphasized at the ICAO - International Civil Aviation Organization/ACI World/International Air Transport Association (IATA) Symposium on in International Civil Aviation in , , where we joined Dublin Airport, ENAC, IAG, and International Partners for Aviation Development, Innovation and Sustainability (iPADIS) for a panel on turning partnerships into meaningful action so passengers with disabilities can .

But this commitment is not new to us. Forty years ago, we fueled the fight to pass the Air Carrier Access Act, which prohibits disability-based discrimination in . Yet, passengers with disabilities still face barriers.

It was back to bootcamp this National Disability Employment Awareness Month ( ) for these , but this time the mission was building what’s next 🪖

During our two-day Employment Bootcamp with Deloitte, heroes and their family members learned how to transfer military skills to the workplace, strengthen their résumés, and practice interviewing with volunteers from Wells Fargo, Amentum, Bank of America, Accenture, and M&T Bank.
