Stand with Armenian Americans, or answer to us at the ballot box.

The ANCA has released its 2026 Congressional Report Cards and endorsements, grading every U.S. Senator and Representative across more than 70 pro-Armenian metrics and endorsing 64 candidates for the U.S. Senate and House.

"Our message to every candidate is simple: stand with Armenian Americans, and we will stand with you – enable Aliyev and Erdogan, and you will be held to account at the ballot box," said ANCA Executive Director Aram Hamparian.

The grades measure what matters: holding Azerbaijan accountable for the genocidal ethnic cleansing of Artsakh, securing the release of Armenian hostages held in Baku, defending Armenia's security and sovereignty, and justice for the Armenian Genocide. Every Report Card tracks cosponsorship of H.R.5369, H.R.6840, and H.R.2585, along with support for key Congressional letters on Section 907, Global Magnitsky sanctions, and hostage release.

The races where Armenian American votes will make the difference:

NEW HAMPSHIRE – For U.S. Senate, "A"-graded Rep. Chris Pappas. His opponent, former Sen. John E. Sununu, faces unanswered questions about his financial ties to Anglo Asian Mining, which operates mines on Artsakh lands from which Armenians were forcibly displaced. Sununu reported Anglo Asian Mining stock worth up to $5 million, as well as a personal stake in Sununu Holdings LLC, the mining company's second-largest shareholder.

MICHIGAN – For U.S. Senate, Dr. Abdul El-Sayed, running for the open seat of retiring Sen. Gary Peters, a decade-long champion of Michigan's Armenian American community.

SOUTH TEXAS – Judge Tano Tijerina over Rep. Henry Cuellar, graded "F" and charged with taking Azerbaijani bribes to work against Armenian Americans before a presidential pardon spared him trial.

CALIFORNIA – "A+"-graded Rep. David Valadao in the Central Valley, and "A-"-graded Rep. Young Kim over "B-"-graded Rep. Ken Calvert in the 40th District.
