2026 has come and gone with a resounding success! Hundreds of Tibetans and supporters, 110 meetings with Congressional offices, all for the singular purpose of advocating for Tibet and the Tibetan issue.

Alongside ICT President Tencho Gyatso, we were honored to welcome Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi and Dr. Namgyal Choedup from the Office of Tibet as they voiced their support for Tibet and the Tibetan issue. Let’s keep up the energy for day 2!

Lobby Day part 1 ends with a reception on Capitol Hill! After a long, sunny day hopping between the House and Senate, participants and supporters have joined ICT in the Kennedy Caucus Room to debrief on day 1 and recuperate for day 2 of lobbying!
