CFFC Board Member Mary Root pushed back on outside voices supporting the proposed Gigaland data center, arguing they’re missing what’s really at stake for Fauquier County. She emphasizes that this isn’t just about potential economic benefits, it’s about protecting the county’s rural character, natural resources, and quality of life for the people who actually live here.
