The school year is coming to an end, but we are still amazed by the grant ideas that teachers come up with!

We love seeing our grants in action! 🥰

From Ms. Palkovics at Willow Dale Elementary:
This project sparked a lot of excitement among my second-grade students. Each week, they eagerly rushed in to check their plants, amazed by how much they had grown. Through this hands-on STEM learning experience, students developed curiosity, responsibility, and a deeper understanding of plant science.

Students charted their plants’ progress over time and even replanted to continue the growing cycle. To celebrate their success, every student takes home a certificate of completion along with their own starter plant or seeds, empowering them to continue their learning beyond the classroom. This was an amazing project! Thank you so much for the grant!

We couldn't resist stopping to snap a photo when we spotted The Centennial Cup Golf Outing on display at Hatboro Federal Savings.

A special thank you to Hatboro Federal Savings for generously donating billboard space to help us spread the word about this year's outing. Community partnerships like this help us maximize our impact and support innovative opportunities for Centennial students.

Mike Luciani is a Senior Vice President with STO Building Group, the largest privately held commercial construction company.

Mike is full of Centennial Pride! 🥰 He is part of the CSD alumni having attended Alta S Leary Elementary, Log College Middle School, and William Tennent High School where he was a member of the soccer, track & field, and Black & White Night teams. 🐾

We LOVE seeing our grants in action! 😍

From Ms. Seramba & Ms. McKenzie -
Through a generous grant from the Centennial Education Association, McDonald Elementary School students have been participating in the "Drumfit" program.

Drumfit integrates musical drumming with cardiovascular workouts. In addition to the students, numerous guests, including teachers and administrators, have joined us. Notably, Dr. Lucabaugh participated alongside some of our kindergarteners.

This looks like so much fun combining music and exercise! 🦾🥁Happy to support this wonderful grant!

We recently welcomed Patrick Golderer to the CEF Board! 🤩

Patrick is currently serving in his eighth year as Log College's Building Principal. Prior to joining Log College, Patrick was an assistant principal at William Tennent High School and a building principal at MaST Community Charter School. Before moving into administration, Patrick was a Social Studies Teacher.

A graduate from Roman Catholic High School and then St. Joseph's University, Patrick earned his Masters Degree in Special Education from Holy Family University and his Administrative Leadership certificate from the University of Scranton. He is currently working towards his Superintendent's Letter of Eligibility at Delaware Valley University.

Patrick has a wife and two children and referees soccer in his free time.
