🛒🍎 That’s a wrap on Frank’s Servicenter’s 1st Annual Food Drive!

Throughout August, our community came together to support local students and families through the Centennial Education Foundation - CEF and Centennial School District.

Thanks to your generosity, we were able to collect and deliver multiple rounds of food, personal-care products, and household essentials for:

🎒 McDonald Elementary School’s Food Pantry

To everyone who donated, shared our posts, helped spread the word, or supported the drive in any way — thank you. Every contribution helped keep these important community resources stocked for the students and families who rely on them.

We’re incredibly grateful to CEF and Centennial School District for giving us the opportunity to work alongside them and make a difference right here in our community.

This may have been our 1st Annual Food Drive, but it certainly won’t be our last. 💙

🏈 The Grant Coach is BACK!

CEF was excited to join Centennial School District staff at yesterday's Convocation to kick off the 2026–2027 school year!

Executive Director Jennifer Schultz returned as CEF's “Grant Coach” to celebrate a winning grant season — 110 grant applications submitted and more than $78,000 awarded to support creative programs, resources and learning experiences for Centennial students!

And this year, the Grant Coach brought a little backup. 😉

Joining Jennifer was former William Tennent High School Panther Football Captain Andrew Schultz, now playing football at Delaware Valley University — a great reminder of why we do what we do. Today's Centennial students become tomorrow's graduates, college students, athletes, professionals and community leaders. ❤️

There were football puns, a touchdown celebration and even a little Jerry Maguire:

“HELP ME HELP YOU!”

Teachers and staff — you've got the ideas and CEF has grant dollars. We can't wait to see what you bring us this year!

Join us in welcoming Bob Immerman to the CEF Board! 😍

Bob Immerman was a school counselor at Davis Elementary School for 30 years until his retirement.

Throughout his years in Centennial, he was a CEF grant recipient many times. He and his collaborators used grant funds to advance Character Education programs and increase awareness of Social/Emotional learning. Bob is a great believer in the mission of CEF to provide teachers with opportunities to engage students in exciting projects and experiences.

Bob got his undergraduate degree at Temple University, and his master's in counseling at Villanova University. He enjoys golf, playing the piano, and spending time with his family. Bob and his wife Sandy live in Lower Gwynedd and have 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren.

CEF is fortunate to have an individual of your rich education and district history helping us continue our mission into the future!! 🥰

CSD and Centennial Education Foundation - CEF enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and shared a celebration with fellow changemakers in the community at the Amazon.com Rise & Recognize event held at the Lower Bucks campus of Bucks County Community College.

CEF is very excited to be a recipient of an Amazon Bucks County Grant for $8,000 to support new programming for the Betty Huf Planetarium at William Tennent High School. The Bringing the Universe to Bucks Grant will enable the district to expand access to the planetarium to more school districts, groups and clubs.

All donations will benefit the Klinger Middle School Farmers Market and McDonald Elementary School - Centennial School District in partnership with CEF and Centennial School District.

The winner will be selected and contacted before the August 28 game.
