Thank you Bridlewood Equestrian Center for your decision to help protect our local horse community by canceling your Halloween playday event tomorrow, 10/31. :-( We have had to make similar decisions in the past and it is hard but 100% the right thing to do!

Please note that the Pony Rides and Pumpkin patch at their beautiful facility in Copperopolis are still on tomorrow!

Please support this event and their barn!

A little help for our friend and former ECWC board member, Melanie Williams, and maybe some of you who are ever in need of this kind of truck repair!

Melanie’s diesel 2014 F350 truck that pulls her horse trailer blew its head gasket. She is looking for a knowledgeable repairman or woman who does this kind of service work, possibly a one man/woman shop, etc.

Any ideas?

Having a horse and no way to move them to safety or for care is such a vulnerable place to be in …as we have all felt at one time or another!

Ps Video of Melanie and her pretty little yearling Lakota going through her paces. They are at Applecreek Farms off Crow Canyon Rd.

Highwayman’s hitch or Bank robbers knot— it’s a good one! Fast to attach, fast to release.
