DOUBLE, DOUBLE, SCOUTING TROUBLE!

Something magical is brewing at Pack 500!
Our fearless Cubmaster is mixing up a little Halloween magic with a pinch of Scout Spirit, a whole lot of chaos, and probably too much candy.

The Pack 500 Brew:
1 Cubmaster
2 cups of chaos
3 handfuls of candy
A dash of Scout Spirit

Stir well and stand back!

Side effects may include giggling, spooky adventures, and uncontrollable yelling of
“DO YOUR BEST!”😂

Happy Halloween from Pack 500! The chaos is brewing!🪄

Pack 500 is out here learning how to build and start a fire!
A scout is Prepared and Thrifty!

Because being a Scout means learning practical skills, thinking on your feet, and knowing how to handle the unexpected.

And what do you do when you need a little help getting that fire going? Apparently, you break out the DORITOS.

Who knew the path to wilderness survival was paved with nacho cheese? The Scouts are learning valuable life skills!

Pack 500: We came for the adventure. We stayed for the snacks. 😂🏕️💙💛

What’s a campout without gathering around the table to share a meal as a Pack?
From conquering challenges to breaking bread together, it's all about building friendships, cheering each other on, and making memories along the way! Wish pack 500 some dry weather for their rainy but oh so fun campout ⛺️

🎃👻 PACK 500 IS HEADING TO SPOOK-A-REE!👻🎃

Rain in the forecast? ☔️
Mud on the ground? 🥾
A bunch of Cub Scouts running around with unlimited energy? 😈

SOUNDS LIKE A PERFECT WEEKEND TO GO CAMPING!😂🏕️

Our Pack 500 crew is heading to Spook-A-Ree Campout this weekend, ready for a weekend packed with spooky fun, exciting activities, camping adventures, and hanging out with Scouts from other packs!

Mother Nature might have plans of her own, but we're Scouts. We bring the tents, the snacks, and questionable amounts of enthusiasm.

Rain or shine, we're making memories, embracing the chaos, and proving that a little bad weather can't scare off Pack 500! 👻🔥

LET THE SPOOKY SCOUTING SHENANIGANS BEGIN!🎃🏕️💚

Today was a big milestone for our bear cubs. 🐻✨
They used a knife for the first time and learned how to whittle soap.

Before we ever started, we talked about safety, awareness, and respect for the tool. How to hold it properly. Where hands go and where they never go. Moving slowly, staying present, and understanding that a knife isn’t a toy, it’s a responsibility.

Watching them practice control and patience was the real lesson. The soap curls weren’t the point. The focus, care, and confidence they built along the way were.

Learning skills like this teaches more than technique. It teaches trust, respect, and how to move through the world thoughtfully.
So proud of our cubs today. 🤍🐻

🌿 Greenway Cleanup Success! 🌿
Our Cub Scouts spent one of their weekend days giving back to our community in the best way—by helping clean up the Greenway!
From picking up litter to learning about taking care of our planet, these Scouts worked hard and had fun doing it.
So proud of their teamwork and big hearts! 💛💚
