A serious public-service message for our friends, families, caregivers, seniors, and community members:
The **Graham Johnson Cultural Arts Endowment** is helping make a free service available called **Safety PassportRx**.
Many people take several prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, vitamins, herbs, or supplements. They may also be dealing with changes in diet, sleep, hydration, activity, balance, symptoms, or medication timing. Too often, that information is spread across different doctors, pharmacies, caregivers, and family members.
**Safety PassportRx helps bring that information together.**
Its purpose is to help individuals and caregivers better organize possible medication and supplement concerns, notice important changes, and prepare clearer questions for doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Safety PassportRx may help people think through issues such as:
• medications, vitamins, herbs, and supplements taken together
• recent medication or dosage changes
• dizziness, balance problems, falls, fatigue, confusion, or sleep changes
• diet, hydration, activity, and medication timing
• changes in symptoms or daily functioning
• questions that may need to be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist
Safety PassportRx does **not** diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care. It is a caregiver-support and safety-awareness service designed to help people become better informed and better prepared.
There is **no charge** to participate.
This service is being promoted as a public service through the **Graham Johnson Cultural Arts Endowment**, with support from our community programs and outreach efforts.
