Saving Chance We are a registered 501c3 located in Virginia Beach. Chance has since been adopted and is living his best life with his new family.

We are a small family-run rescue that focuses on pulling dogs from high kill shelters and getting them adopted into loving homes in the Hampton Roads area We now use his page to help network other pups in need and our mission is to place dogs into loving furever homes. ea as well as vets to get the pups the medical attention that they need before being adopted. We are strong supporters of spaying and neutering and are huge advocates against breed discrimination. Every day we try to educate our community to reduce the misconceptions surrounding dogs, specifically bully breeds. PLEASE SHARE VIRGINIA BEACH, VA
We had a little impromptu photo shoot this morning, and Gracie proved to be a total supermodel. Gracie is a little sad today because she has waited 8 months to meet a family, and not a single one has come to meet her. 🥹 But we are staying very hopeful and keep telling her that her perfect family is out there. Gracie spent her entire life (2 years) in our local Animal Control, where no one chose her. She is such a special girl and has so much love to give. Gracie loves everyone she meets.... each new person is her best friend and is welcomed with tail wags and butt wiggles. She is extremely affectionate and loves cuddling. Despite her life at the shelter, Gracie is a little diva and prefers lounging on furniture only 😆 She is currently in a home with another 3-year-old pup, and she is amazing with her. She would not do well in a home with cats. She would love a yard and she so enjoys her daily walks. She loves the water and car rides and just loves being with her people... Shes the perfect sidekick.
Black dogs are the most overlooked dogs and face lower adoption rates compared to lighter dogs. Today is an incredibly special day because it’s our sweet rescue pup Gracie’s birthday! To celebrate, her amazing foster mom took her on the ultimate doggy dream date: a VIP shopping spree at PetSmart to pick out her very own birthday treats!

As you can see from the video, Gracie took her job very seriously, sniffing out all the options before securing a well-deserved "Princess" cookie. Because let's be honest, she is absolute royalty! 👑✨

Gracie is still looking for her forever family, and we think whoever adopts this sweet, smart, treat-loving girl is going to hit the absolute jackpot.

After 2 long years in the shelter and 5 months in a loving foster home, this beautiful girl is ready for her forever home. Gracie is estimated to be around 2.5-3 years old. She is very affectionate and sweet. She does not know a stranger and loves everyone she meets. Shes very smart and eager to please. Shes very much a happy hyper puppy and will do best with an active family that enjoys walks, hikes, etc. Gracie does really well with playful pups and will do best with bigger kids. She's not a fan of feline friends, so no cats.
Gracie has waited patiently for someone to choose her. Could that be you? Let's give her the happily-ever-after she deserves. Message us to meet Gracie ❤
