40-Day Identity In Christ Reset A proven, guided process to anchor you in the peace & power of your true identity in Christ! This page is a call to action! We are new creations in Christ now!

Created by Dr. Lisa Winchell of In His Image Institute of Counseling & Training/In His Image Institute of Coaching, from over 25 years of Pastoral Counseling. Our biblical mandates are:

Genesis 1:27: We have been created in His Image, as a three-part being and able to bear His Image of love, righteousness, and holiness to the world.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Through Christ we have been redeemed, and our identity has been restored in fullness. But how do we walk in this reality?

2 Corinthians 3:18 Beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, we are being transformed into His image from glory to glory, which comes from the Lord. God speaks about the mind over a hundred times in the Bible. We are told to set our minds on things above, things that are true, peaceable, and on God Himself and who we are in Him. Then our emotions will align with His peace and power. That is what we are doing. We are called to be a part of God’s plan to empower victory in the hearts and minds of His people, to build up the body of Christ as He reveals His love and who we are in Him through His Word in this 40-Day Identity in Christ Reset.

You are a son/daughter led by His peace! Step into green pastures by still waters with the Lord today. (Day 12 Reset)

We are not sons and daughters of the flesh. We are sons and daughters of God!

10/08/2026

From rest comes power. It is not the other way around. Rest in Him from strife, offense, lust of the flesh, defense, & striving

I sense this deep humility coming over the body of Christ, and that this is necessary for the next season.

It is hard for humans to consistently wrap our heads around experiencing God's favor and staying in true humility at the same time. But if we understand that He lifts His people up, who seek Him with all their heart, into spaces and places not because He is exalting you, but because He is exalting Himself through you.

We are loved sons/daughters called to lay our lives down for our Father to get HIS job done for His kingdom, which He so freely has offered each of us.

Lord, hear we are; use us for Your kingdom, since You are the One and only who fully knows what is needed. As we pursue You and who You have made us in You, empower us to truly see ourselves in You, not in ourselves. So we can complete Your work here. See less

Your good, good Father!

Our good good Father! He HAS deliverered us through Jesus.

The father of lies is no longer your father. Your position has changed, Now your perspective needs to change.

Each day let the power of His word transform your perspective. Can you see it? Each of us with a totally transformed perspective. Entering every situation in our lives from heaven's perspective.

That's how Jesus did it!

Day 1 of the 40 Day Identity in Christ Reset got us off to a great start. Building the habit of seeing Him and Him in us.
Who is He! Before we can fully see who we are in Him, we must see who He is more fully. He is to be our mirror!

You will not forget yourself, until you see yourself through His eyes. Only then will you stop living from self preservation.

Are you experiencing green pastures with the Lord?
King David did!

The minute we put our minds on His truth, peace comes.

I heard someone say today. We just need to "look". We do the "looking". Look into Jesus as in a mirror, and you will be transformed into His image.

We just need to LOOK daily and keep looking. Set your gaze on Him and His Word daily, all day.

Why not, you and I intentionally set our gaze on other things all day? We know how to do it. What if you set your gaze on Him daily, in the busyness, in the hurtful moment, in the insecurity moment, in the anger moment, in that lust moment, in that fear moment, in that moment of deep desire to walk like Him?

I saw a vision last year before our first Identity in Christ Reset. It was a group of people looking up at the Lord, saying,

"Restore our identity, restore our Identity, restore our identity."

As they did, the Lord reached down to pull their thoughts up to Him, and kept working to get them to go there and stay there with Him. Several did, and several would not go that far.

How sad for those who did not. The very thing we long for is right there; it just takes setting your "looking" on Him instead of the problem, the constant busyness, the lust, the phone, or what is going on inside of you.

If you want to grow greater focus in the "looking" and set your gaze on Him....Join us for the 40 Days Identity in Christ Reset, long enough to build the habit of looking at Him in you!
