This time of the year, especially, the needs of the ministry in Juarez increase. Weather gets colder (heat, warm clothing), Christmas approaches, children and adults get sick (medicines, clinic visits), heaters need propane or repairs, food needs increase, annual registrations and inspections are required....inevitable repairs arise. A most well deserved (surprise) birthday celebration for MIRTA! Our faithful ministry partner since 2005, Mirta wears many hats (even birthday hats). Head of our ministry in Juarez, mother to hundreds of children (and one biological son who has grown up in the ministry and now serves in it!), bookkeeper, shopper, Pastora to women, banker, comforter, teacher......God's hands and heart, with love, strength, faithfulness.
