🤔OSI Did You Know?
In 1961 Joe Shepard started working for Harrah’s Automobile Collection which was the largest collection of cars and transportation vehicles in the world. Joe is said to have done metal work on at least 90% of the collection. Joe earned the distinction of ‘ Master Craftsman’ metal work and metal finishing. After working at the collection for 26 years it closed its doors and became a museum. Joe opened and ran his on metal finishing shop, ‘Joe Shepard’s Metal Magic’. He worked on antique cars and precious family heirlooms for 10 years until he closed his doors because of illness. Joe’s work as a metal finisher was world renowned! You can see the results of his work today at the National Automobile Museum in Reno, NV on 1 Museum Dr. or visit automuseum.org. National Automobile Museum
