Today is World Habitat Day, and the 2026 theme is Adequate Housing for All.

For C-Roots, that global idea is intensely local. It means creating permanent, deeply affordable homes here in Clark County and communities where people can build stability over time.

Adequate housing makes room for rest, privacy, safety, routines, and connection. It gives people a place to begin again.

Home is where it starts.

Happy National Good Neighbor Day 🏡!

What does it mean to be a good neighbor? In our tiny home communities, it means checking in on someone when they're sick, sharing extra produce from the garden, or stopping for a chat on the porch after work.

Homelessness isolates people from the community. Permanent housing restores them to it.

As September ends and colder weather approaches, our wraparound care teams and health navigators operate 365 days a year. By joining our Monthly Giving Circle, you provide the steady, reliable foundation our neighbors can rely on all year long.

Even $15 or $25 a month ensures no neighbor has to face the winter months alone.
