To those celebrating, grieving, longing, healing or remembering—we see you this Father’s Day.

For some, today is filled with gratitude, laughter and meaningful moments with loved ones. For others, it may bring reminders of loss, distance, unmet expectations or relationships that feel complicated.

Father’s Day can hold many emotions, often all at once. Whatever this day means to you, know that your experience is valid and worthy of compassion.

Today we hold space for the many ways people celebrate, remember, grieve, heal and honor the role of fathers and father figures in their lives. May you find moments of connection, comfort, reflection and peace—wherever you are on your journey.
