This our wish, our goal, and our message is simple: Happy Animals, Happy Humans, Happy Lives. What would the world look like if we all lived this way?

We need more than puppy-dog eyes right now. We need our community.

Our Healing Hearts Breakfast was filled with love, connection, and powerful reminders of why this work matters. But financially, we fell short of what we needed and right now, that shortfall puts real pressure on our ability to continue the programs our community depends on.

So we’re asking for your help.

If Animals as Natural Therapy has touched your life, your child’s life, your family, a student, a veteran, a patient, or someone you love, will you tell that story?

Post it. Share it. Tag us. Tell people why this work matters.

Your story may be the reason someone decides to give.

And if you’re able to donate, even $10, $25, or $50, it helps us keep showing up for the young people, veterans, families, and community members who find healing, confidence, connection, and hope alongside our animals.

We have made it through hard moments before because this community believes in the power of connection between people and animals.

Right now, we need that community more than ever.

We had the absolute joy of sharing breakfast with old and new friends (and bunnies and a chicken, of course!) at our breakfast this morning! It takes so many partners to make this work possible, and we are thankful for every one. With expenses up 20% across the board this year, we are still raising funds to make sure every member of our community has access to the healing power of connection with animals. Can you help spread the word farther by sharing this post or making a donation of any size today?

Cocoa watched the walk head around the corner and wouldn’t quite settle until they came back into view! It was an emotional day and she was making sure everyone was okay.

This! We’re proud to be with Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center as one of only 5 PATH Premier Centers in Washington.

Little Bit is dedicated to the equine welfare and management standards set by PATH International, ensuring our horses have a set limit of working sessions per day and per week to secure the health and wellbeing of Little Bit’s amazing herd. Little Bit is a Premier Center accredited by PATH International, an Foundation Guardian, and an US Equestrian Community Outreach Organization.

“The horses at the barn are imperative to the success of clients and the program. Each horse is cared for like they are the only one. The balance that is working, time off, specialty care. . . is astounding. There are strong boundaries put in place to champion each horse and make sure they stay the happiest and healthiest above all. This type of care is one of the pillars that make me so proud to say I volunteer at Little Bit and why I recommend it to so many others.” – Little Bit Volunteer
