We help individuals, families, schools, referral partners, and community members connect with treatment, prevention, case management, DUI services, and recovery-related support. Most insurances accepted.
• Medication assisted outpatient detoxification and treatment services available to those who qualify.
• Drug screening conducted – hair and urine.
• Department of Transportation (DOT) approved drug screening and outpatient treatment site.
• Assessments, referrals to inpatient detoxification and rehabilitation, and outpatient services.

On September 24th, we hosted our 5th Annual Recovery Walk. Held at Yough River Park, this event brought together staff, community partners, and everyone who wanted to celebrate recovery. Thank you to everyone who supported this event!

Join the Movement ➡️ SAVEALIFE.DAY
Save a Life Day is a grassroots national day of action equipping the public to recognize and reverse an overdose. It started in two West Virginia counties. Today, all 50 states participate.

FCDAC, Inc. staff members will be in the parking lot at 142 West Main Street in Uniontown, sharing resources & naloxone until 5pm.
