Good morning, everyone, hope you are having an awesome day!

Yesterday I had someone ask me what makes my heart swell! I did not have to think about it. My answer came from my heart “it is when I can do something in my community for a family and the child gives me a hug and says THANK YOU!! “

There are many ways you have a chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of local kids. Networking opportunities, fun and engaging social events and activities are a couple of ideas that come to me.

How do I accomplish this…Visit your local Optimist Club. We would enjoy having you join us for lunch and see what we do in our community. We meet every Thursday at Hong Kong Chinese Cuisine Restaurant located at 163 Cheney Dr W in Twin Falls at 12n. Hope to see you!!!

At the Twin Falls Optimist Club, we’re more than a service group – we’re a family. We get together not just to make a difference but to have a great time doing it. Exceptional Easter Egg Hunt experience! Special acknowledgement to the Easter Bunny for visiting, the children had their photographs taken, participated in an egg hunt, enjoyed themselves, and created wonderful family memories.

Local families gathered in Twin Falls City Park for the annual Easter Egg Hunt.
