This series provides holistic, culturally conscious education that walks you through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, and early baby behaviors. Whether this is your first birth or you’re growing your family, each session offers tools to help you feel confident, informed, and connected.

Learn practical steps for a peaceful, healthy pregnancy and how to prepare your body, mind, and home for labor.
• Physiology of Birth
Understand how labor unfolds naturally, what your body is designed to do, and how to work with each stage of birth.
• Comfort Measures & Movement
Engage in hands-on demonstrations, guided movement, breathwork, and partner activities that help reduce pain and support progress in labor.
• Brain Waves & the Consciousness of Birth
Discover how your brain supports labor, why the birth environment matters, and how to tap into your innate birthing power.
• Breastfeeding Preparation
Review latch basics, newborn feeding cues, and what to expect in the first days and weeks.
• Baby Behaviors
Learn how to read your baby's cues, soothe effectively, and support bonding and early development.
