Hi, I'm Luz Bruscini, CPM®, ARM®! With over two decades of involvement with the Institute of Real Estate Management, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside an incredible community of professionals who are passionate about sharing ideas and elevating our industry. 🤝✨

As a proud holder of both the CPM® and ARM® accreditations, I truly believe in the power of education and connection to drive excellence in real estate management. 🎓🏢

In my role as Senior Vice President of Operations and Designated Broker at Bryten®, I’m dedicated to leading with integrity, driving operational excellence, and helping shape strong, successful communities. 💼🏘️

When I’m not working, you’ll find me expressing my creativity through jewelry making or exploring new places — inspiration comes from both what we build and what we experience. 💍✈️

Here’s to continued growth, meaningful connections, and making a lasting impact in our industry! 🌟🏙️
