One of the best days of the week in our office is when RT Industries is in! We ♥️ working with our friends and they help us accomplish a lot of work!

Troy Main Street has been an excellent community partner for our Vocational Habilitation (Voc Hab) group! Through this partnership, participants have had the opportunity to build valuable work skills while helping with a variety of projects, including hanging “No Parking” signs, watering flowers, and assembling materials for community events.

Larenzo was especially proud to show off one of the Miami County magazines he helped place into event bags. Great job, Larenzo, and thank you to Troy Main Street for providing meaningful opportunities for our group to learn, contribute, and be part of the community!

Chuck has helped transform Downtown Troy into a destination where families gather, traditions are celebrated, and memories are made.
His leadership extends beyond the holidays. Through his work with Sculptures on the Square, Chuck has helped ensure public art continues to enhance Downtown Troy's historic district, creating engaging spaces that encourage visitors to explore, shop, dine, and spend time in the community. His long-term planning ensures this nationally recognized program will continue enriching downtown for years to come.
Chuck's impact is also felt in the quieter moments that often go unnoticed. He consistently supports downtown businesses by promoting events, celebrating successes, and encouraging community engagement. His presence at festivals, concerts, and community celebrations reflects his belief that vibrant downtowns are built through relationships, volunteerism, and shared experiences.

Each year, Heritage Ohio, the state-wide Main Street coordinating agency under Main Street America, honors the people, places and projects that exemplify a commitment to growth through preservation and revitalization. This year, “Chuck Karnehm” in Troy has been selected as one of three finalists for the “Main Street Volunteer of the Year” award.

This year, the award ceremony will be Wednesday, September 30, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the historic Woodward Theatre in downtown Cincinnati. The award ceremony is a part of the 2026 Heritage Ohio Annual Conference, and is free and open to anyone to attend.

A Tour De Donut Ohio love story, 7 years in the making. 🍩💍🚲

Bob & Susan met right here in Downtown Troy at the final donut stop of Tour de Donut. They came back year after year, and this time, they brought their family and friends and tied the Dou-knot! ❤️

We were beyond thrilled to help make their downtown wedding happen and even happier to see them celebrate with our local businesses. Reception at Agave & Rye Troy, cake by Cake Alchemy, and beautiful florals generously provided by Trojan Florist.

From a donut stop to “I do.” 🥹 Here’s to Bob & Susan and many, many more sweet miles together! ❤️🍩
