🎉 MIAMI COUNTY 4-H BBQ 2026!! 🎉

The club BBQ packets are ready to be picked up along with your club Fair passes!

🎟️ NEW THIS YEAR — DIGITAL TICKETS! 🎟️

All BBQ tickets will be sold online this year. You can start selling tickets now using the QR code on the flyer included in your packet.

When tickets are purchased, the buyer will receive an E-ticket. They can either show the ticket on their phone or print a copy to have it scanned at the BBQ check-in table.

📧 Advisors: Keep an eye out for an email coming soon with additional instructions and information about ticket sales.

🍗 We are so excited for the BBQ again this year! The delicious food will be prepared by Nelson’s and the Miami County 4-H Advisory Committee.

🎉 There will be lots of fun for the whole family, including:
• Costume Contest
• Outdoor Games
• Bingo
• Vendors

Many of the vendors will be our very own 4-H members, so be sure to stop by and support them!

Once again, the Miami County 4-H Advisory Committee is proud to provide fair admission passes for our 4-H exhibitors and club advisors for the 2026 Miami County Fair!

Our exhibitors put countless hours into their projects throughout the year, and our advisors give so much of their time to teach, encourage, guide, and support our youth along the way.

Providing these passes is one small way the 4-H Advisory Committee can say thank you and give back to the people who make Miami County 4-H what it is.

To our exhibitors, we cannot wait to see your hard work on display at the fair.

To our advisors, thank you for the time, patience, knowledge, and dedication you give to our 4-H members throughout the year.

We appreciate all you do, and we look forward to seeing everyone at the 2026 Miami County Fair!

Friends don’t let friends celebrate 4-H alone! Join us to celebrate 4-H week this week Local Coffee and Cream by grabbing a drink with a 🍀 on it & a portion goes to your local 4-H program.

As a reminder, it is time to register for 4-H in Miami County! The deadline to register if January 31, 2026 (new deadline). Be sure to register on-time!
