I have 2 backpack and 1 push behind leaf blowers. The Legion Post needs to have leaves moved. I can work any day except Thursday. If you can help, call a date and time and I'll be there.

True communication isn't just about what is said, but the space we leave between words. Embracing a moment of silence can hold more weight than any conversation. Sometimes, saying nothing is the most important thing you can do.

Walking through the front door after a long day carries a unique sense of peace. Home is more than just a place to stay—it is where the noise stops and you can finally breathe again.

A quiet moment of reflection with a veteran who served his country. It is a powerful reminder of the history they carry and the respect they truly deserve. Please take a moment to honor his story.

It is never too late to show gratitude. A community comes together to honor a Vietnam veteran with the homecoming he truly deserves. Witnessing this moment reminds us of the profound respect our heroes earn.

True heroes rarely seek the spotlight, but this moment deserves our full attention. Taking a second to honor someone who gave everything for others is a powerful reminder of selflessness. Thank you for your incredible service.

A special moment in our nation's capital!

Northern Michigan veterans participating in the Mid-Michigan Honor Flight gathered at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia as part of their trip to Washington, D.C.

The Honor Flight gives veterans an opportunity to visit memorials honoring their service and sacrifices, with some making a journey they've dreamed of for years.

UpNorthLive's Kaitlyn Devitt is traveling alongside the veterans, sharing their stories and capturing the experience.

Thank you to all who served!
