☘️ MEET OUR FOUR BEAUTIFUL IRISH SETTER GIRLS ☘️
Rosie, Bailey, Maggie & Holly recently came into our care after a major change in their previous living situation. These girls have been through a lot of transition, and our focus now is simply giving each of them the opportunity to find the loving, stable forever home she deserves. ❤️
And we cannot say enough about how incredible these girls are. They are sweet, loving, wonderful with other dogs, and each one is so incredibly special in her own way.
🐾 ROSIE ~ 3 years old
Rosie is the outgoing one of the bunch and definitely our most puppy-like! She’s playful, silly, affectionate and full of personality. She loves to have fun, explore and play with other dogs, and she brings so much happiness wherever she goes.
🐾 BAILEY ~ 4 years old
Bailey is a little more reserved at first, but once she feels safe, she is incredibly loving. She’s gentle, affectionate and has such a sweet soul. She loves being close to her people and will happily soak up all the love you’re willing to give her.
🐾 MAGGIE ~ 5 years old
Maggie is our shy, sensitive sweetheart. She needs a little patience while she gets comfortable, but once she trusts you, you get the absolute BEST cuddles. 🥹 She melts into you and just wants to be close. There is something incredibly special about earning this girl’s trust.
🐾 HOLLY ~ 9 years old
Holly is our older, mellow girl. She is gentle, easygoing and incredibly sweet. She doesn’t need much — just a comfortable place to call home, people to love, and someone who will appreciate the wonderful girl she is. ❤️
Each one of these girls is incredibly special in her own way, and together they are a truly remarkable group of dogs who are ready for their next chapter.
Now we just need to find their people. 🏡❤️

Caine is a 2-year-old fluffy Merle French Bulldog with what we firmly believe is the cutest face ever created. Seriously… one look at that fluffy little face and you’re done for. 🥹

This sweet boy has never met a stranger. He absolutely adores dogs, people, kids, and even cats! Whether he’s making new friends, following you around the house, or curling up next to you for a nap, Caine is happiest when he’s with his people.

Ranger is a 1-year-old, 26 lb Cattle Dog/Australian Shepherd mix with the sweetest personality and a heart full of love. He’s friendly with everyone he meets, loves other dogs, enjoys playing fetch, and is always up for an adventure.

This handsome boy is the perfect adventure buddy—hikes, beach days, road trips, long walks, and everything in between. He’s also an absolute gentleman in public and is the kind of dog you can take just about anywhere.

Ranger is crate trained, potty trained, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has completed a 3-week board and train program. He knows sit, down, place, and heel, and is eager to keep learning.

Like any cattle dog mix, Ranger is smart, loyal, and thrives with exercise, structure, and mental stimulation. In return, you’ll get an incredible companion who will be devoted to you for life.

🐴❤️ EXCITING NEWS FROM THE RUFF PROJECT ❤️🐐

For the past several months, my sister Shelby and I have been working on something very special behind the scenes.

What began as an emergency rescue of several miniature horses and a goat has grown into something much bigger than we ever imagined.

Today, we are excited to officially introduce Frankie’s Friends Sanctuary — a new chapter in our rescue journey dedicated to helping farm animals in need.

Through this project, we’ve rescued miniature horses, goats, chickens, and turkeys, provided extensive medical care and rehabilitation, welcomed a miracle baby mini horse named Cody Dean, and committed ourselves to giving these animals the second chance they deserve.

While The Ruff Project will continue our mission of rescuing dogs, Frankie’s Friends Sanctuary will allow us to expand our impact and help farm animals who have nowhere else to go.

We’ve also launched a fundraiser to help support the sanctuary, provide ongoing care for our current residents, and allow us to continue rescuing animals in need.

Our Toy Story litter is officially ready for adoption! Meet Buzz, Jessie, Woody, Bo Peep, and their beautiful mama Dolly — all looking for loving forever families. 🤍

These sweet babies came to us from a trailer park situation when they were just ONE week old. Tiny, fragile, and depending completely on their mama, they’ve now grown into the happiest, sweetest little puppies thanks to so much love and care. Watching them go from bottle babies to playful, loving pups has been so special. 🥹

At 9 weeks old, they are:
✔️ Super sweet and affectionate
✔️ Great with other dogs
✔️ Playful and loving
✔️ Ready for forever homes

How is this girl still not adopted?! 🤯

Meet Chili 🌶️ — your future adventure buddy in the cutest, most compact package.

At 7 months old and just 15 lbs, she’s the perfect size to take everywhere… and trust me, she’s ready for it. Hiking? Yes. Camping? Absolutely. Beach days? 100%. She’s the kind of dog you could throw in a backpack and snowboard down a mountain with… or take along for road trips, trail runs, paddleboarding, coffee runs, weekend getaways—you name it, she’s in 😍

Chili is the definition of FUN. She’s a high-energy, happy little soul who wakes up every day ready to live life to the fullest. She loves everyone—people, kids, dogs—and just wants to be part of the action.

She’s also incredibly special—a parvo survivor 💪 which makes her even more of a little fighter with so much life ahead of her.

Her mix? Belgian Malinois, Pomeranian, Poodle, and American Eskimo Dog—basically a mini Malinois. She is so smart, eager to please, and thrives when she has a job or an adventure to focus on.

And when she’s not out exploring? She’s all love. Face kisses, full-body wiggles, and that adorable little nub tail going nonstop 🥹

Meet Ranger 🤠
Ranger is a 1-year-old, 26 lb, Cattle Dog/Australian Shepherd mix with the sweetest soul and a playful, loving personality that wins over everyone he meets. He’s incredibly friendly, loves other dogs, and is always ready for a good play session. Whether he’s romping around with his dog friends or soaking up affection from his people, Ranger is just a happy, joyful boy who wants to be part of the action.
Ranger’s story is heartbreaking—he was sadly abandoned when his previous owners moved out and left him behind. After that, a kind person took him in, but just a week later he came down with Parvo. At that point, he officially became a Ruff Project dog, and we stepped in to hospitalize him and fight for his life. Thankfully, Ranger is a fighter—he pulled through and is now healthy, thriving, and ready for his fresh start.
Despite everything he’s been through, he is incredibly loving, trusting, and eager to connect with people. He truly deserves a second chance at the life he’s always deserved—safe, loved, and part of a family.
This handsome guy would make an incredible adventure buddy. Hikes, beach days, long walks, road trips—you name it, Ranger is ready to go. He thrives when he has an active lifestyle and a person (or family) who wants a companion by their side through it all.
Ranger went through a three-week board and train program—not because of any behavioral issues, but because he is incredibly smart and simply never had the opportunity to learn the basics, like being on a leash. With a dog like Ranger, we want to set both him and his future adopter up for success. We are investing the time and resources into giving him a strong foundation so he can confidently transition into his forever home.
As a cattle dog, Ranger is part of a highly intelligent and driven breed. These dogs are known for their loyalty, work ethic, and sharp minds. With that comes some important needs:
• High energy – Ranger will need daily exercise and mental stimulation
• Structure & routine – he does best with consistency and clear expectations
• Training – he’s very smart and will thrive with continued guidance and engagement
• Purpose – whether it’s hiking, training games, or even “jobs” at home, he loves to use his brain
Because of this, Ranger would do best with someone who has experience with herding breeds or is committed to learning and meeting the needs of a working-type dog. These dogs are not just pets—they’re partners.
The good news? When their needs are met, cattle dogs like Ranger are truly some of the most incredible companions you’ll ever have. They are deeply loyal, endlessly fun, and form the strongest bonds with their people.
Ranger has already been through more than he ever should have—but he hasn’t lost his sweet, happy spirit. Now he’s just waiting for someone to show him what it means to truly be home!
