Dear, dear Muzikologye-maysters:

Let's get together and be all right next Wednesday, May 27th, at 7:30pm on Zoom. See the link below.

Manilow/Midler, Nyro, Fagen, Moore-Hart, Winehouse, Erez, Kirel, Joel... some of the familiar, and perhaps not-so-familiar names we'll hear from. Chicken Soup for the soul, music-style.

I look forward to seeing all of you.

The remarkably bright sea creature who stars here alongside Sally Field is the cranky, slippery, stuck-up octopus narrator of the story named Marcellus, voiced by Alfred Molina, who has no shortage of opinions regarding his perceived failures of the human race, which he expresses as he slinks around his aquarium through his wicked commentary. He serves as a confidant to the seventysomething widow Field who cleans his quarters each night and whom he has deemed the least offensive human he's ever encountered.
