Monica has made a tremendous impact in revitalizing the Coachella Valley Chapter. Over the last few years, as a vital member of Chapter leadership, but most especially as Membership Chair prior to accepting the role as Chapter Chair, Monica goes out of her way to be warm, welcoming, and lead by example. She inspires others with her winning personality, as well as with her enthusiasm for PIHRA and the HR profession.
