SIPS (Support & Information For Parents About the Spectrum) is a one-of-a-kind, brand-new support group open to all parents and caregivers of people with autism. It will meet up next on June 9th, from 7:00 - 8:30 PM, at the Believe Center Inc. Rana Sana.

This unique program is facilitated by two translators and offered in English, Spanish, and Arabic.

Our annual youth summer programming is back! This group is for Arabic kids ages 6-12-- and their parents, too. There will be three sessions, and the first is on June 18th, from 6:00 - 7:30 PM, at TUC Garden.

These sessions will be packed with fun gardening activities to bring you and your kids closer together, and to bring you all closer to nature. Dig, plant, and connect.

June is Men’s Health Month — a time to break the silence around men’s mental health and recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health. Small conversations, supportive spaces, and sharing resources can make a meaningful difference in the lives of the men around us. Together, we can help reduce stigma, encourage support, and remind others that no one has to struggle in silence.

Our Young Adult Support Group meets tonight! This is for anyone between the ages of 18-30 who needs some support right now. There is no cost, and no RSVP required.

We want to thank Championed Minds! This morning, at the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce's monthly Grounds For Discussion roundtable, the good people at Championed Minds heard that we were still $1200 short of our annual goal. They immediately donated $600, cutting that number in half.

These sort of direct connections, support, and community building would not be possible without the Chamber of Commerce's effort to create a space for it. Thank you both.

The next Grounds For Discussion will be held on July 7th. No membership is required-- just show up!
