The Danberry Treasure Chest The Danberry Treasure Chest was created to provide emergency funds to local children facing serious illness + their families.

With continued support from many area businesses, along with our agents and staff, The Danberry Company is making a positive difference in helping children and families in need throughout our area of Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. When serious illness strikes a family member, words simply cannot describe the emotional roller coaster it creates, particularly when the patient is a child. Many times, families experience emergency situations and lack the financial resources to promptly address the issues. The Danberry Treasure Chest was created to provide emergency funds to families in those times of need. The annual Danberry Treasure Chest Charity Auction Dinner raises funds for the β€œTreasure Chest” which is administered by the ProMedica Toledo Children’s Hospital Foundation. So far, in 29 years, we have raised nearly $1.8 million and provided support to more than 1,000 local families.

We had an incredible morning with Sammie and her son, Talon, at ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children's Hospital!

Sammie and Talon graciously shared their story with us, including how The Danberry Treasure Chest was able to support their family when Talon was just an infant. Stories like theirs remind us why this event means so much and the incredible impact we can make when our community comes together.

π“π‡π€ππŠ π˜πŽπ”, Sammie and Talon, for your generosity, your openness, and for allowing us to be part of your story. We can’t wait to share it with all of you!

Want to make a difference for local children and families facing serious illness? There’s still time to get involved and be part of something truly meaningful! πŸ’™
