Happy Monday everyone!!!!
I wanted to introduce myself and say hello since I’ll be leading our MomCo meetings starting this fall, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead!
My name is Nancy Dillard and I am a stay-at-home homeschooling mom of two girls (ages 5 and 7) who loves adventures, meeting new people, and trying new things.
I’ve been attending MomCo since my oldest daughter, Scarlett, was 7 months old, and it’s rare that I miss a meeting.
These meetings were truly a lifeline for me as a first-time mom. At the time, I worked from home full-time, my husband commuted to Orlando for work, and we had only been living in Titusville for a couple of years. I didn’t know many people locally, and motherhood felt overwhelming in ways I never expected.
Without going into too much detail, life became complicated, exhausting, and emotionally heavy. Eventually, I decided to put myself out there—for my sake and for Scarlett’s. Walking into my first MomCo meeting was one of the best decisions I made, and I’m so grateful I did.
Over the years, this group has reminded me that motherhood was never meant to be done alone.
My hope is that our MomCo will continue to be a place where moms can come exactly as they are—a place to find friendship, encouragement, support, and community. Whether you’re having a wonderful week or a difficult one, I want you to know there’s a seat for you here.
I’m incredibly grateful that Linda has trusted me with this opportunity, and I look forward to helping create a space where moms can connect, grow, laugh, and support one another through every season of motherhood.
I’m so glad you’re here, and we’ll be sharing meeting dates soon. I can’t wait to see what this next year brings! ❤️
