Titusville Garden Club Tree Farm The Titusville Garden Club Tree Farm of Titusville, Florida promotes the growth of plants and trees to enhance the civic beauty of our Space Coast community.

Membership in the TGCTF is open to all residents--male and female--and offers many opportunities to "get your hands dirty". Dues are $30 for individuals, $50 for couples. If you are new to gardening in the South, this will be the best investment you can make. How many of us have "lost" plants due to our lack of knowledge about the challenges of Zone 9 gardening? We devote several days per week to

the maintenance of the Tree Farm off Knox McCrae in Titusville. Weeding, starting cuttings, up-potting plants, mixing planting medium, and visiting with other gardening enthusiasts are among the tasks at hand. You will be reminded of a thriving commercial nursery or paradise, or both! We even have our own spray house for starting new cuttings. Our monthly meeting offers you a chance to suggest, plan, and carry out some wonderful community projects. Whether meeting formally or informally, we discover the seemingly endless exotic and native varieties our region has to offer. Often times, our members trade plants with one another, and introduce new treasures to the farm's growing stock. Consequently, our generous and hard working volunteers, are encouraged to take a plant home to thrive in their yards. The more we show pride in our property, the more the overall beauty of our community grows. Quite often, The University of Florida IFAS Extension service offers us some excellent horticultural advice, from balancing our delicate soil to learning about the Master Gardener program.
