ADTC to Present on Workforce Development at SCATI June 25

The Aerospace & Defense Training Center (ADTC) will be featured at the upcoming Space Coast Alliance for Tech & Innovation (SCATI) program on Thursday, June 25, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. at Florida Tech's Vertex Applied Innovation Hub in Palm Bay.

Tom McCullough, Program & Operations Manager for ADTC, will present "Workforce Development Challenges and the Ecosystem," focusing on workforce trends, talent pipeline challenges, and the role of technical training in supporting the Space Coast's growing aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and technology sectors.

SCATI, a program of the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce, brings together business, technology, education, and community leaders to discuss issues impacting innovation and economic growth throughout the Space Coast.

The Aerospace & Defense Training Center (ADTC), a division of SpaceTEC Partners, Inc., delivers accelerated, hands-on training and industry-recognized certifications that fast-track students, veterans, career changers, and incumbent workers into high-demand careers.

TITUSVILLE, Fla. — The Aerospace & Defense Training Center (ADTC) and the Space Coast Consortium Apprenticeship Program (SCCAP) invite students, veterans, career changers, job seekers, educators, workforce professionals, and regional manufacturers to participate in the

One-Day Production Workshop: Building Electric Scooters on Friday, June 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at ADTC, located at 1415 Chaffee Drive, Suite 1, Titusville.

The hands-on workshop will introduce participants to advanced manufacturing through a team-based production experience where attendees will build electric scooters while learning alongside industry mentors and workforce professionals.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore career pathways and registered apprenticeship opportunities in Machining, Mechatronics, Fiber Composites, Aerospace Welding, and Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing). The event is designed to provide practical exposure to manufacturing careers while highlighting the skills and training needed to succeed in today's workforce.

Space Coast manufacturers are encouraged to attend as employer mentors or participants to connect with prospective apprentices and future employees while supporting workforce development efforts across the region.

Whether exploring a first career, considering a career transition, or seeking opportunities to advance technical skills, attendees will gain valuable insight into the growing opportunities available throughout Florida's aerospace and advanced manufacturing sectors.

TITUSVILLE, Fla. — CareerSource Brevard Flagler Volusia will host an Aerospace and Manufacturing Job Fair on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Aerospace and Defense Training Center (ADTC) Space Coast, located at 1415 Chaffee Drive in Titusville.

The event is open to job seekers across a broad spectrum of backgrounds, including veterans, transitioning military personnel, technical students, skilled trades professionals, and career changers pursuing opportunities in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, production, and logistics.

Employer and workforce representatives will be on-site to discuss current openings, hiring pipelines, and career pathways within Florida's Space Coast aerospace and defense sector.

ADTC is proud to serve as the official host site for NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, facilitating credentialing and check-in for VIPs and executives arriving from around the world to view Artemis II.

ADTC Space Coast Accelerates Aerospace & Advanced Manufacturing Workforce Readiness

Open House Recap | February 27, 2026

ADTC Space Coast hosted a focused Open House and Industry Meet-and-Greet on February 27, bringing together pre-screened candidates, regional employers, and education partners to strengthen direct workforce alignment across the aerospace and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Eleven qualified candidates participated in formal interviews with regional industrial employers, with sessions extending beyond scheduled timeframes, reflecting the preparedness and technical competency of the applicant pool. Employer feedback was highly favorable, reinforcing the strength of ADTC’s screening and workforce-readiness framework.

ADTC Space Coast shared candidate materials with additional aerospace and manufacturing partners to expand placement opportunities and increase hiring momentum beyond the event.
ADTC’s training model follows precise, industry-recognized credentials and employer demand. Current programs include Additive Manufacturing, CNC Machining, Mechatronics and Industrial Automation, Aerospace Assembly and Composites, Electrical and Mechanical Systems Fundamentals, and Workforce Essentials certification.

Notably, ADTC offers ASTM Aerospace/Aircraft Assembly (AAA) and Aerospace Coatings Application Specialist (ACAS) certifications — nationally aligned credentials that directly support aerospace production standards and quality assurance requirements. These certifications position graduates for immediate integration into regulated aerospace manufacturing environments.

Curriculum expansion is actively underway to address emerging automation technologies and advanced manufacturing applications, ensuring continued responsiveness to the Space Coast’s evolving industry landscape.

The February 27 event further strengthened ADTC’s education-to-industry pipeline, engaging graduating seniors and advancing structured enrollment pathways to transition students directly into workforce-ready training.
