Hey there SLO county folks! We wanted to update everyone on the Templeton Feed & Grain fundraiser held in September of 2025 with some checks and balances. The total receipts so far for demolition are totaled at $494,378! The total checks written from the fundraiser account was $455,000. Those community raised funds went a long way to help and the Jermin family, Ponderosa and Templeton thanks everyone for what they have given.

Once construction has resumed, the sponsor and donor banners will go up. We can’t wait to showcase all those that gave so selflessly in a time of great community need. Thank you all!

We got a big one! 30’ feet of wheelchair ramp installed with the help of for a great fella with use of our remaining grant. Thank you all that helped and for my brain remembering that we were installing it that day. 👍🏼

The community really showed up for this! Thank you everyone that had a role in making the fundraising efforts a success and to our lil town. Your true colors were shown to the world. Thank you all.

The Templeton community has presented $455,000 to Templeton Feed & Grain following the July 4, 2025, fire that destroyed the longtime local business on South Main Street.

**Offered Services Update**

As Ponderosa continues to evolve and grow, we’re always looking at how we can best use our time and resources to help as many people as possible.

Moving forward, we will be focusing on primarily home safety updates and repairs as our core services. While we’ve been able to assist with a variety of needs in the past, plumbing repairs will now be limited to very minor fixes.

For anything beyond that scope plumbing wise, we kindly encourage reaching out to a licensed plumber to ensure the work is completed timely, safely and properly.

As always, we’re here to help where we can and point you in the right direction when needed.

Woopsie! Got a nice new faucet and drain installed. No pic. 🤷🏼 I always forget. The shower valve handle was… loose. Got that fixed right up too.

Nice lil Friday at the San Miguel Senior center. The old galvanized vent/drain was a total loss and watering the cats full time. Got it all set up along with sealing all the holes in the roof. Thanks folks!
