The Magna 4th of July Planning Committee, Mayor Sudbury and City Council, wish to inform the community that the fireworks show scheduled as part of the upcoming 4th of July celebration is expected to proceed as planned. However, this event remains subject to cancellation should fire danger conditions increase or should weather or other unsafe conditions arise. Any decision to cancel the fireworks show will be made in coordination with the appropriate fire and public safety authorities. The safety of residents, visitors, and event personnel remains the highest priority. Members of the public are encouraged to monitor official City communications for updates as the event date approaches.
