We’re proud to share that Chapters Health System has received a $150,000 grant from the The Golisano Foundation to help expand inclusive pediatric hospice and bereavement care in Southwest Florida!

Through Hope Healthcare, a proud Chapters Health affiliate, this donation will help launch Advancing Inclusive Pediatric Hospice Care, an initiative designed to expand access to developmentally appropriate, family-centered care for children and families, including children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We are deeply moved by a generous $50,000 gift to name the Family Reflection Room at our Hope Hospice House. Made on behalf of the Jordan Ashley Gutheim Foundation, a fund at Collaboratory honoring their late daughter, this gift beautifully aligns with her lifelong passion for volunteering and supporting the elderly in our community.

Every hospice journey reaches a point where medicine ends and reflection begins. While clinical teams focus on patient comfort, this sanctuary is entirely dedicated to the family's emotional survival. It offers a dignified alternative to sterile hallways—providing a space for a "sacred pause," a quiet prayer, or a moment of grace during a family's most difficult days.
